JF Caron (JFCaronStrongman) won the Arnold Pro Strongman Forts Warwick in July, which qualifies him for the 2020 Arnold Pro Strongman World Championships. JF, who recently won his 9th Canada's Strongest Man title, will be in Barcelona at the ArnoldClassicEurope Pro Strongman this weekend. He placed 5th here in 2018, with his best events being the 365kg deadlift and the arm-over-arm frame pull. ​ ​#SBDStrongman
