Phase 8 starts Monday, July 22nd and with it, another round of #f45trials The Athletics Team took a bunch of feedback from the F45 network and revamped Trials to better suit YOU! . Trials will run for 2 weeks. There will be gaps between Trials days so that you have the ability to rest and recover, as you see fit, and maximize your results. Make sure to download the F45 Training App to log your daily information. Each day will have a different focus and all of the information is housed in the app. The more people that log results (any results) into the app, the better F45 South Eagle does on the global leaderboard.
