Sage is a new cafe that opened in February and is co-owned by Kaitlyn Schlacks and Tabitha Casey. Schlacks designed the cafe's interior, while Casey designed the menu. Sage's menu is filled with both savory and sweet brunch items, with waffles being the customers' favorite. @sage.como’s atmosphere is both sophisticated and cozy, thanks to Schlacks' expertise in business and design.
