Follow along to make my go-to breakfast prep: cinnamon bun protein overnight oats!🫙
These overnight oats are delicious, packed with protein, and super healthy. I have them at least twice a week because I just can’t get enough!
I recommend making 2-3 jars at a time and just keeping them in the fridge to have breakfast prepped for a few days.💪🏼
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup nut milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sweetener (optional, I used maple syrup)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I use puruslabs myofeed cinnamon bun flavor!)
Combine all in a jar and let sit overnight before topping with fruit or berries and devouring! Yum!
