I know we’ve all had too much beer & burgers this weekend so here’s a little full body circuit that is SURE to get you sweating! 🍔🍻
Warm up with 15 minutes of cardio then perform these 4 exercises as a circuit, one after the other, for 3-4 rounds:
1️⃣ Barbell Squat
2️⃣ Bird Dog Row
3️⃣ RDL (Romanian deadlift)
4️⃣ Single Arm Bridge Press
I also finished with 3 sets of sled push to sled drag and I am 🥵.
