3 REAL THINGS you can do TODAY for a flatter tummy:
1. DRINK WATER. Water is literally the building block of our bodies. Without water you cannot physically burn body fat. Water MUST be present in order for fat to be metabolized. It also helps with a lot of other amazing things like digestion, skin health, and more!
2. EAT MORE unprocessed foods. Eating foods like fruits, veggies, and lean proteins will help with digestion & bloating as well as fill your belly to prevent mindless snacking between meals.
3. WORKOUT, HARD. Intensity is a funny thing because so many people are afraid to push themselves. But my favorite expression is if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you. So don’t be afraid to lay on some intensity in your workouts this week!! Let’s get SWEATY!💦
