⚡️Advanced⚡️ TRX Plank Workout!! These moves aren’t for the weak, they’re definitely challenging enough to light your abs on FIRE. You can literally see my abs shaking.🔥🥵 trxtraining is a great tool for using your own body weight to get a killer workout in. If you’ve never tried it before, start with holding a regular plank before progressing to something like this. I did 3 sets of 40 seconds each here with 20 sec rest between exercises.
