A lot of people think that split style training is the best way to build muscle and strength, but when we look at most people only training 3-4 times a week a full body split might actually be more beneficial to start!
That’s because with full body training you’re hitting each muscle group multiple times a week instead of one leg day, one chest day, one back day, etc.
You also burn more calories during a full body workout since you’re activating more large, highly metabolic muscles in one session.
Final tip: if you’ve hit a plateau in your training and you’re current working on a split training plan, try full body and thank me later!🙏🏼
