Hanging ab exercises are amazing for core strength and stability.
These exercises put the abs and hip flexors at their most disadvantaged position, pulling against gravity, but they’re definitely advanced and veryyyy difficult.🤪
If you’re new to hanging on the bar, start with just that. Time yourself and work on hanging for longer while stabilizing yourself to prevent swaying.👍🏼
Then you can progress to some of these challenging variations once you get stronger.
