1️⃣ Meal prep. And I don’t mean cold chicken and rice every day. 🤦🏽♀️ You can make delicious meals at home and have them for 2 days before prepping again. My favorite thing to do is cook dinner for 4 and then save 2 servings for the next day’s lunch.👏🏼
2️⃣ Pack snacks. Let’s face it, you’re gonna get hungry between meals. So plan ahead and bring healthy snacks like fruit, a protein bar, or nuts to keep you satiated so you don’t eat everything in sight when you get home.🙅🏽♀️
3️⃣ Try to stick to similar meal times. For example: I eat breakfast at 9am, lunch at 2pm, snack at 4ish, and then dinner at 8pm. This helps your digestive system regulate hunger cues and it’ll help you feel satisfied throughout the day.💪🏼
