Types of cardio that will help you stay lean and/or lose body fat!๐Ÿ”ฅ These are the forms of cardio that I personally enjoy and use to both stay lean and in cardiovascular shape! ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ LISS or low intensity steady state. This is your long walk on the beach or incline walk/slow jog on a treadmill for 30min or more. If you are sedentary and donโ€™t move throughout the day, this is an absolute must for you!! ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Intervals/Sprints - Treadmill or outdoor intervals are my favorite form cardio. You get bursts of high intensity followed by periods of low intensity to really shock the system and cause some serious results! ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸผHIIT (high intensity interval training) and METCON (metabolic conditioning) use interval training principles but can be done with weights, bodyweight, or traditional cardio exercises all at once.
