I like to do my cardio outside by walking, biking, running, or playing tennis but on weeks like these where the rain never ends I’ll just take it inside for a little circuit!
Pro tip: This one could be 5-15 minutes depending how many rounds you do! Use it as a warm up or a full workout! 🥵
Try 2-4 rounds of 45 seconds work and 20 seconds rest:

👉🏼Reverse Lunge to Hop
👉🏼Burpee Plank Jacks
