My girls build their own 🍑es!
And here’s HOW:
1. Do lots of hip dominant exercises. Hip thrusts, glute bridges, reverse hypers, RDLs, etc!
2. Mix it up. Some heavy some hypertrophy. Add a band and do high reps one day and then throw on the big girl plates the next.
3. Get consistent with booty exercises, you should be doing them at least 3x a week.
2. Eat lots of good food! You have to eat enough to grow. You’ll need to be in a calorie surplus or at least maintenance calories to see growth.
4. Recover! You need to rest and sleep to grow. Foam roll your cheeks and keep your hips mobile to assist with recovery.
