I used to be SO SCARED of weighted ab training.

Weighted ab exercises are actually great way to get stronger abs that have more shape so that once your body fat is low enough you’ll be able to see them!🤩
So don’t be afraid of using a little weight to do abs! It doesn’t need to be anything crazy, 5-10lbs is plenty.
But you’ll feel and see a difference!
Save these exercises and try them to see what I mean:
