Started my week with some barbell training starting with this superset:
⚡️Barbell Reverse Lunges
⚡️Single leg deadlifts
4 sets of 8-10 reps each, increasing weight during the lunges to shoot for an 8 rep max
This combo really targets the posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings) while still activating the front of the legs (quadriceps).
Please excuse the dog hair on my leggings and the sleeping pup butt on the left. 😅
