Which are you - team QUADS or team GLUTES?!🔥
Personally I love to workout both! But my quads become very dominant if I’m not careful, so I’ve learned some tricks to get what I want out of any exercise.
Take squats for example:
What’s typically a very quad-focused exercise can easily be manipulated one way or the other to hit different parts of the leg!
Quad-Focused Squats have 👉🏼
• Narrow foot placement
• Elevated heels
• Racked / High weight placement
Glute-Focused Squats have 👉🏼
• Wide foot placement
• Toes turned slightly out
• Low weight placement
