The @aleague will recommence this week and what better way to kick things off, than take it back to a time in Australian Football long before the A-League existed. For a lot of our supporters it’s easy to forget that there was football before the A-League and we need to remind the future generations of the amazing stories that have been kept from the Australian football community. We’ve quickly summerised the Inaugural NSL Season dubbed the “Philips Soccer League” as the powerhouse Electronic company Philips became the major sponsor of the league.
