This month we are focused on inclusive signage in the garden. That doesn't always have to mean words! Creating a mural with young gardeners can help them cultivate a sense of ownership, collaboration, and pride when they are in the garden or an indoor setting. We have three garden mural activity ideas that can work for smaller or larger groups alike and can be adapted to grow over time. Find them through the link in our profile! This photo of the spiral “Pa’ahana Wall” mural is courtesy of Holly Sargeant Green from malaaigarden at Waimea Middle School. {Image description: A black shed door with yellow handprints in a spiral. A child's arm is visible, and their hand is covering one of the handprints.} #KidsGardening #KidsGarden #SchoolGarden #SchoolGardens #KidsWhoGarden #GardenWithKids #GardenIdeas #YouthGarden #GardenArt #GardenMural #GardenSign #InclusiveArt #Inclusivity #Inclusive #Mural #InclusiveSignage #InclusiveGardenSigns #GardenSigns #InclusiveSigns
