This past school year, our education specialist, Sarah, participated in a pilot hydroponics program with farmtoschool and smgrofoundation. Sarah and 14 other sites got to use an AeroGarden Farm Plus system to help her students investigate growing plants in nontraditional ways. One important finding from the pilot program is that working with the hydroponic systems in the classroom increased students' interest in and enthusiasm for outdoor gardens too!
