Our Ospreys are making it a summer to remember! ☀ ✈️ 🎾 Ana Román Domínguez, a doctoral student in educational leadership and a graduate research assistant in sport management, is excelling in her field. For the second consecutive summer, Ana is working with smtlive as a business development intern. This summer, she had the extraordinary opportunity to be part of the IBM Match Insights Team at wimbledon. In this multifaceted role, Ana managed Television Interface (TVI) tasks, created graphics that presented meaningful statistics and provided in-depth insights to commentators, media and broadcasters. As a tennis consultant, her daily activities included watching matches, analyzing statistics and presenting data to narrate each match’s story. Her contributions have been recognized on several occasions and a standout moment was witnessing carowozniacki’s match from the fourth row after Court 1 opened.
