Honeynut squash + honey gochujang glaze- to be fair this recipe is more about the sauce than the squash - but when you put them together, it can be sweet & spicy ✨magic✨
These squash are meant as a side dish, using honeynut’s natural sweetness and pairing it with a sticky/salty gochujang glaze and ofc some crispy thyme.
Everything is done in the oven, and just try it over eggs and rice. It’s heaven. Seriously.
And once you master this sticky sauce you’ll want to put it on everything - grilled tofu, baked broccoli, in a grain bowl, truly anything!
