There are times when you are being interviewed and when you are interviewing other people that a line jumps out and sticks with you, and this is a great example. This is a clip from the President and CEO of the NAACP, Derrick Johnson. He and I were hosting a talk for our company through the Pandemic. The context of this quote was that he was making was about holding on to ideals, prejudice, and our own personal histories as an anchor that restricts and holds back growth.
