Truly, upon reflecting on my pathway here, I can only recall the encouragement of my sisters. When presented with intimidating opportunities such as these, I was met with women boldly pointing to my strengths and capabilities. My sisters were not only willing, but wanting to walk alongside me through the challenges of leadership. The love and support from this ZTA sisterhood has allowed me to take risks, knowing that when I stumble and if I fail, I’ll have the best women standing beside me.
