“When I think of Phi Mu, I think of knocking on each others walls to signal to someone to come over, or people knowing your coming to their room by the sound of your footsteps, or having tornado days all huddled around in the chapter room watching a rom com. I think of tears, and joys, and a door to knock on when I need to just cry.
College is hard. And it’s joyful and fun and all the other things. But what you need when you are down is a room (and by room I mean 240 girls) of girls who see your flaws, your hurt, and your pain and love you through it. They celebrate the victories + the losses. You need women who pursue christ themselves, and while in pursuit of Him point you to the daily cross as well.
