A few at-home lower body centric exercises you can try for both mobility and strength. While I love lifting and getting stronger, these are equally important for both range of motion and strength at both lengthened and shortened positions. I use these primarily to get ready for what I feel like are the most important movements - random generalized activity, such as sport or movements that imitate sport.
