Only thing Iโ€™d add to this demonstration by b.t.b.performance is to pull that floor back towards you while youโ€™re up in bridge! -- Challenge yourself! ๐Ÿ’ฏ Try this hamstring isometric! The key here is to keep the leg on the floor hip and hamstring engaged the whole time. ๐Ÿ”‘ As you keep the tension, move the other leg side to side. The farther you move the leg away from the body, the more difficult the hold will become.
