I don't remember what I'd pray for, and to be honest, I don't think I could tell you if I tell you if those prayers were ever answered. But ever since I started visiting churches a lot more in the last decade – maybe there seems to be a lot more to pray about? – I've kept the 3 intentions the same every time. It’s easier and helps me remember, well, everything closest to me. ⁠ •⁠ The next time I head to a new church, I’ll add another intention for good measure – your intentions.
