I promise I wasn't following this couple while wandering around the #Citadel in #Amman, but several times I turned a corner, they'd be right there! At one point we crossed paths again and I just smiled and gave a sheepish wave, greeting them my best (aka not good) Arabic. The wife smiled and the husband waved back. We saw each other a few more times, before our visit was over. 😂 . It's easy to feel small when surrounded by any sprawling metropolis like Amman, especially when incredible, nearly overwhelming panoramas like these completely envelope you, but little moments like these help pull me out of the clouds. #myjordanjourney #shareyourjordan #HolyJordan
