Wandering around before Mass at St. Patrick, I found some guys working on the viewing stands outside Gallier Hall. These looked fancy, I thought, and took some photos, when one of the workers asked me if I could take their photo of them and their work. I asked them if they painted the signs, but their pride was setting up what I learned would be some of the most popular viewing stands in town, including one for the Mayor of New Orleans! Then they got mad at me because I wasn't staying for #MardiGras. I wish I could!
