Girls trip, baby edition! Last month I drove from CO to WA alone with my tiny human to link up with one of my best friends for a PNW road trip. Looking back on photos from our adventures, I am SO glad that I didn’t let my intimidation about all the unknowns of such a big adventure stop me from going. For those of you who don’t know, I met Indi on the very first day of my PCT thru hike in 2022. She was wearing a yellow Vegemite bucket hat and I knew immediately that we would be friends. What I could not predict is that we would go on to spend nearly every day hiking/camping together for the next 150 days. While we chat all the time, Indi lives in Australia so I have only seen her once since we parted ways in the fall of 2022. Getting to spend a few weeks together on a big adventure was such a treat.
