Caleb Aguiar ’25 has loved video editing since he was young. So although declaring a computer science major was a clear path for him, he still made sure to explore everything Trinity had to offer along the way. “My minor has changed a lot,” Caleb says. “It started with music, went on through math, and then now I’m probably gonna do sociology next semester.” He’s thankful that Trinity doesn’t confine him to one school or minor, which has given him the opportunity to explore options that range far beyond the computer screen. Even with those options, Caleb is grateful for the certainty that declaring his major offers. “I’m looking forward to knowing that [computer science] will be my major and that this is what I will be graduating with for the foreseeable future.” Caleb chose a computer science major because he’s always worked well with computers.
