Allison Waters ’25 came to Trinity not knowing what she wanted to major in. During her first two years on campus, Allison has taken classes, talked to professors, and explored her interests. This Major Declaration Day, she chose to be a business and economics double major. The small student-focused community at Trinity helped Allison get close to professors. “They’ve guided me through the process of major declaration and picking classes,” she says. “I’ve gotten close to the head of the Department of Economics, and he’s been my teacher twice now, which I think is great.” Through these relationships, she discovered her passion for business, while exploring many different classes. For her Discoveries requirement, she was even able to take Chinese to continue her outside goal of being trilingual.
