Ryann Williams '20 is a sociology and political science double major from Houston, Texas.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ Over the summer, Ryann will continue her research with one of her mentors, sociology and anthropology professor Amy Stone, as part of the Strengthening Colors of PRIDE project studying LGBTQ+ health and resilience in San Antonio. In the fall, she will join Teach for America in Houston as an elementary school teacher.⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ Ryann says her proudest accomplishment has been being able to balance work and school throughout her entire college career. Her hard work has not gone unnoticed, and this year, Trinity's sociology and anthropology department honored Ryann with the Dr. Michael C.
