All you need to do is take your grams of protein, add a zero, then compare to your calories. You want to strive for foods that are under or at the same number between grams of protein (with the added zero) and calories. These foods are going to give you the most bang for your buck. If it’s too difficult to meet this range, foods that have 10-20 more calories are still great options!
