When I crossed my first ever Ironman finish line, my dad did the race too- it was super special. ❀️ . Sport helps keep me grounded and focused, so when COVID hit and races were canceled, I really struggled. I stopped following a training plan and got major burnout, exercising more than ever to just fill my empty days.
