This was an interesting week, getting to know my body again, my pace, my rhythm and breading. Running doesn't forgive that you are not active on it for a couple of months... Post injury I have been a little more conservative with pace and surfices, beach, track and trail are part of the equation now and not just pavement. I am feeling a bit more confident day by day.
