It takes a lot from me in the mental game to brainwash my own self, that it's all going to be ok and I can do it. I'm really scared every single time. But guess what?... going through with it and facing my fears each time has made feel like the biggest bad ass there is! ...like super woman!...like I can do anything! Stepping out of my comfort zone has definitely paid off in more ways than I could have ever imagined. I feel so grateful and humbled that I've had the opportunity in my life to experience this.
