Last year in the middle of so much loss and disappointment, I decided that in 2021 Jennycookiesbakeshop would create a rainbow menu. I believe rainbows signify hope and the promise of beauty after a storm, and that was exactly the theme and message I wanted to share with our customers after surviving 2020. We started with a rainbow cookie design and began adding shapes that aligned with happiness, love, kindness and new beginnings. Rainbows, happy faces, butterflies and lots of sunshine. Before I knew it, the menu had become pretty groovy!  We've all walked down some difficult roads but I hope you choose to look for the good and believe with me that there is hope, love and kindness.  And if the road leads you another way, I encourage you to BE the light, share the love and look for happiness because it is out there!  I hope you enjoy this menu as much as I enjoyed putting it together.  We’re calling this menu our “Good Times” menu, because Good Times have truly Never Seemed So Good!  ...
