Eeeny, meeeny, miney, Dough! 🍪 It’s the 11th day of Giving and today I’m sharing my favorite cookiedonyc indulgence with my #CookieSquad and one of you!! I read something recently that stuck with me. We’ve heard “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” but the message I read was about when you work out, resistance must be applied for muscles to grow strong. The more intense the resistance the more pressure you’re able to endure for longer periods of time. It made me think on all the trials we’ve all faced this year and how important it is to find joy in even the times of struggle. Troubles can be viewed as an opportunity to build endurance and growth.
