R I V E R 🛥️ Cruising on a river is quite different from ocean cruising, but equally spectacular in so many ways. Here are a few immediate differences I loved about river cruising for the first time that I wouldn’t necessarily get on an ocean cruise: 1. Smaller ship means fewer passengers means more personal service. 2. Visits to places you could not otherwise see from an ocean cruise because of its ship size. 3. Scenery at all times. Homes, villages, people, bridges, and so much more to see as you sail on a river. You feel like you are floating through a movie. 4. Never too far from a port in case of an emergency. 5. Unique experiences catered to the sailing - because of the Olympics in Paris this week, we had the honor of sailing with and meeting former Olympians, it was called the Sporting Legends cruise.
