 We recently had a diversity, equity and inclusion workshop at our virtual retreat, and we acknowledged that we could do better. Not only for the voiceover community, but for ourselves too.
 For instance, we're a remote-first company, with team members spread out across 10+ countries around the 🌎, yet we struggle with being 24-hour inclusive ⏲.
