Too many DIY athletes out there🤦‍♂️ Let me tell you guys a story: 🗣10 1/2 years ago I walked into Pfa as a recently released professional athlete from the Minnesota twins. I had been recommended to PFA by a scout in the Seattle Mariners organization and a scout in the Miami Marlines organization, both of whom spoke highly of Dave’s strength program. They believed that my off-season would be most productive if I spent the winter preparing myself in the weight room under Dave’s tutelage. Sure enough they were correct and I was able to gain a couple miles per hour and make it to spring training with the Marlins that very next season.
