Meet Charlie! Charlie, a 5-year-old mixed-breed male dog was surrendered to SHS after his previous home could no longer care for him. Upon arrival, Charlie showed signs of severe stress in our kennels as he prefers to have a human companion around at all times, therefore, he was placed in a loving foster home where he has spent the last 120 days (and counting).
