Today is Giving Tuesday! We have a “ruff” story to share that turned into a very happy tail, thanks to supporters like you. Trixie, Courage, Ringo, and 3 more of their 6-month-old siblings found themselves in a home that could not care for their needs. There were too many animals, too little space and the living conditions were not fit for them. Before they arrived, they didn't know there was life outside their home, or that the life of a dog should be the best ever. So volunteers sat with them in their kennels to socialize and help them become accustomed to human company. You can see just how fearful Trixie was above during her socialization (photo 3). But now, Trixie and almost all of her siblings have been given the care they need and have been placed in loving homes. Her sibling, Beauty, is still under medical care but we hope she can find her forever, soon.
