Ducky found herself in quite the pickle before she ended up at SHS! This sweet girl was given to us from a rescue because she was in need of veterinary care for her front leg. It was suspected she had radial nerve paralysis. Since there was no improvement with treatment, our Lead Veterinarian amputated her leg and she is now in a foster home as she recovers. Her foster mom says she’s been doing very well! She’s learned to move around in no time and has adapted to being a tripod like a champ.
