#FeatureFriday: Meet Zuzanna Witek (15, Poland), a 2022 Fellowship grantee who’s working to create ocean literacy teacher packages! In 2019, Zuzanna created Thriving Corals—an ocean education and awareness program run by high school students. thrivingcorals’ latest project is launching nine lesson plans that bring science, art, and the humanities together around ocean literacy principles. They plan to translate them from English to Polish and Spanish! Through this project, they hope to build partnerships with schools and teachers and to bring the lesson plans to many classrooms this year.
