Ten best meals in Thailand, in no particular order: 1. Lek & Rut seafood at Yaowarat street food market in Bangkok. The most incredible crab curry stir fry 🦀 2. Braised goose over rice. Small local joint across the Peninsula hotel in Bangkok, better than most I’ve had in Hong Kong, wow. 3. Very special and decadent crab coconut curry served with fresh rice noodles at Raya Restaurant in old Phuket town 4. Northern Thai spread at The Gallery beautifully situated right on the river in Chiang Mai. All Chiang Mai sausages were incredible, filled with lemongrass 5. Khao Soi! We made it to Lung Prakrit right at closing time but those buttholes wouldn’t serve us a bowl, so got a local tip to go to Khao Soi Nimman, it might just be better… 6. The best beef noodle soup ever at Blue Noodle in Chiang Mai 7. Incredible Pad Kra Pao found in a random local shack on Phi Phi island 8.
