Our taxi driver drove us to the wrong side of town, just when I was about to fight this man, we realized we actually accidentally ended up near the classic Jae gee chicken aka polo fried chicken. The driver got lucky this time. Each plate of chicken comes with a big dish of fried shallot/garlic crisps, it’s like a crunchy roll with tempura batter but this, this is the best aromatics in the world. I can just eat the fried bits by the spoonful with a cold bottle of singha.
