🏃🏻‍♂️Santa Monica tricks w/ Joel_Eggimann from back in January 2019. ✨ This idea was a fun challenge for us to shoot and I learned some valuable lessons through the creative process. Besides pre-planning what Joel was going to do in each scene for the transitions to work smoothly, we also had to pay careful attention to the direction of his shadow so that it would stay consistent throughout the entire video. This was a little detail that I hadn’t predicted or thought about being an issue prior to shooting, but something that became very obvious and important when we began filming. Luckily we were able to direct his path of movement accordingly at each location and it worked out in our favor. I edited the clips together and added the camera motion using AfterEffects.
