He became addicted to narcotics prescribed for that pain. Relationships crumbled. In constant pain and needing a walker or cane to move around, Jared’s weight increased dramatically. He fell into a depression and thought about suicide. Instead, Jared got the help he needed. He found his faith and a new church, which had a recovery group that helped him overcome his addiction.
